The building lots are located in the Town of
Kingston, NY, approximately four miles from Kingston and six
miles from Woodstock. The wooded building sites are within a
half mile of the Sawkill Ski Center. Some of the building sites
have a scenic view of the Hudson River Valley and surrounding

10 minutes from Kingston. From the New York State Thruway exit 19, take the
first exit off traffic circle, then go 1/2 mile and take 209
North 2 miles to the Sawkill Exit. Turn left at bottom of exit
ramp on Sawkill Road (following green ski signs) and go for 2
miles, then turn left onHill Road and drive up the hill about 1
mile. Turn Left onto East Ridge Driveand drive about 1/3 miles.
The building sites are on the left side of the road.
Directions From Woodstock
8 minutes from Woodstock. Drive on route 212 in the
direction of Saugerties until you reach the Zena Road (31).
Turn right on Zena Road and drive straight at the intersection
with Sawkill Road, then turn right on Jockey Hill Road and
drive up the hill about 1 mile. Turn Left onto Hill Road and
drive about 1/2 miles and turn right onto the East Ridge Drive.
Drive about 1/3 miles and the building sites are on the left
side of the road.
